Error registering Kontrol MK3 - "An error occurred while processing your serial"

Im unable to register my controller in Native Access. When trying to register I get "An error occurred while processing your serial" message

It could be a temporary issue , but if issue persists then you will have to contact N.I. registration support so they can work it out for you : https://bit.ly/NIsupport_RA

As far as I understand it then the "Hardware Connection Service" is a download offered in the Native Access per association with your product after registration and since I have not been able to find it among the downloads in general , at least not as of yet , then my guess is that at the moment then it is not possible to otherwise get the "Hardware Connection Service". All I could find were the Firmware Updater for Komplete Kontrol S-Series MK3 3.15.1 as download (and not even sure that that is OK to try if "Hardware Connection Service" not OK and up and running).
Otherwise all I could find were general instructions like : 'Komplete Kontrol S-Series user manual' , 'How to set up your Kontrol S-Series MK3' and 'Kontrol S-Series MK3 Troubleshooting Guide'

any news about this? a bit worried cuz i can see this problem persists for a couple of months.... I purchased yesterday a brand new maschine and i have the same problem with the serial
