Arturia Keylab Sustain Doesn't Work In Komplete or Kontakt

When I push the pedal, no sustain happens. It works with everything except for instruments inside of kontrol and kontakt. Extremely frustrating, please help.

I am using an Arturia Keylab Essential 49 MK 3 and both in Kontakt 7 and Komplete Kontrol my sustain pedal works perfectly. I have tried various instruments from NI in Kontakt and both NI & Arturia in Komplete Kontrol.

Just a guess. Have you checked settings in Arturia MIDI Control Center?

Yes, I've tried that. It won't recognize that it's connected at all.
