Since more and more folks who bought via distributors seem to be getting their hardware, I wonder whether we that we bought via NI.com are still on track for a roll out beginning on 31th or are there chances we get them earlier as well?

I'm also pre-ordered the Kontrol s61 here at NI. So when can we expect the controller?

Availability date recently changed from 31st of October to 17th of October , so a bit hard to tell absolutely , especially since I wouldn't know if the 'available' date is shipping date or receiving date. But most likely shipping date. The fact that some sellers ship before they may be allowed to should not make you unhappy with N.I. since they can not go back in time and undo what sellers do even if they are not actually allowed to do so !
