native access doesnt allow me to download the synth i paid for

i have opened three support tickets but no one is answering me, i have work to do and deadlines falling, and native access is not showing me the synths i bought and paid for. i have already reinstalled it, before the only problem was reaktor not authorising and giving me only 30 minutes, i dont know what to do

Does the synth you are talking about appear in your account in NI website under My products and serials?

Opening more support tickets are not going to help you.

First of all , do you know how Native Access works ? You must be logged into correct account in Native Access ! Then you have to take the serial you got from NI and add it in the N.A: client where it says add a serial ! Then the item should appear in the N.A. client (could require a computer reboot in the odd case). Also make sure that you are using the latest version of the N.A: for your OS ! Also always supply as much information as you have about your problem and the OS and software involved !

Besides that all I can do is to ask if @Jeremy_NI could you please check and see if your assist is needed here ?

The first obvious thing would be to name the synths you can't download (have you even activated the serials?), and your operating system. Then MAYBE somebody would be able to help.

More information would have been also helpful, like your OS, what product is missing, screenshots, etc...
