Traktor Pro 3 Not showing up in Native Access

I own a Traktor S2 MK2 and I understand Traktor Pro 3 is included with my purchase. I recently got a new computer. I downloaded Native access and added the serial number of the S2 however I don't see the Traktor Pro 3 software showing up as an option to download. Shouldn't this show up, or do I have to buy the software again for $100? I'm running Mac OS 13.52

Do you see the Traktor Pro 3 when you visit the Products and serials on the Website?

Doublecheck the email you login with, maybe you have 2 accounts by accident.
