KOMPLETE 13 WONT INSTALL BECAUSE NATIVE ACCESS WILL NOT INSTALL on MacOS 10.15

Im running Catalina on a Mac and others are stating that there is no support for my OS, however, I paid the money for KOMPLETE 13 which was almost $600.00 now the download won't let me install the software that I paid for???? My system crashed so Im reinstalling everything from scratch. As I was installing the software for my system I noticed that I did not install KOMPLETE 13. I paid $600.00 for Komplete 13. I tried to use the download link using Native Access, it said that it could not install NA on my OS. So I found an old copy I originally installed NA and Komplete 13 and it would not download. It says that the download failed. There is nothing wrong with my internet or I would not be able to write this thread. I need help NOT some random person trying to guess what the solution is. I need this to be resolved not someone telling me something that I already know. Apparently this is a known issue.

@DIGITALPHUNC We have a dedicated KB article with legacy versions of Native Access, including the one for 10.15 here: Native Access Legacy Installers for Older Operating Systems

Once the proper version installed, make sure to give full disk access to Native Access and the NTKDaemon, as explained here: Native Access Error Message: Download Failed: "Unknown error"

I googled it, and I saw two sites (not Native Instruments) that said Komplete 13 was compatible with Mac OSX 10.15. That is indeed Catalina. Native doesn't sell Komplete 13, so they don't list a requirements list, at least not one I could find.

But if it DOES turn out that 13 is not compatible with your OS, then it's not compatible. But you should use the link above and have somebody tell you one way or another. With luck, you'll find out that it is compatible and you have have something this-or-that wrong with your environment.
