Komplete Kontrol VST3 on Cubase

I just got the M32 master keyboard. I installed the Komplete Kontrol, but Cubase tells me that the plugin is vst2 and blacklist it. However, noting in the release notes of the komplete kontrol on Native Access, I seem to see that the latest versions are vst3. Meanwhile, the vst version of the plugin is 2.6, as reported in both Native Access and Cubase. Can you help me understand? Unfortunately it often crashes and is unusable ...

Thank you :-)

Komplete Kontrol is not VST3 yet, I think. It just may host some of NI VST3 plugins.

    Ah here, thank you!

It's bad to have just bought it and to see it blacklisted ... :-(

    Komplete Kontrol is for free.....

If you meant Komplete 13 (or Komplete 13 Select, Ultimate, ...) some of the plugins are VST3.

Do you have a M1 computer ? Are you using Cubase 12 ? In this case, yes the Komplete Kontrol software VST2 will not work in Cubase as VST2 isn't supported on Apple Sillicons. Good news is that Komplete Kontrol is soon going to be VST3, it will happen in the next update that should be available in the next days.
