Maschine MK3 Serial Transfer : No News from NI

Hi,

Bought a 2nd hand NI Maschine MK3.

Asked the previous owner to transfer the license by completing the required steps & forms.

He did.

No news from NI since.

I contacted support on my end.

No news.

Can't find a phone number either.

So now I'm stuck with a Maschine that I temporarily can't use until NI get back to me - which they currently don't.

Can someone please help?

    How long has passed from previous owner License transfer request? It is possible it takes some days

    It all depends on how long you have already been waiting

    There’s a specific transfer ID that NI gives that the seller should have given you I think… did they?
