I bought a used mk1, and was issued a transfer ID and serials from the seller. I attempted the transfer ID and it stated that I can't transfer because I don't have the base product. I attempted to enter the serial for the mk1, to which the response was that it was already registered. I opened a ticket with NI, who stated it was EDU and could not be transferred, and therefore I should get a refund. This was a marketplace purchase, and I'm not sure I can. Also, I don't want to, I'd like to use this maschine. Please help!
