re arrange tracks

Hello, I want to re arrange some tracks in my playlist but for some reason I cant move them around?? I Havent sorted my tracks on another way. The tracks are in a map on my computer. Thnx already!!

First, sort by number, then re-arrange tracks and finally right-click on playlist and hit „consolidate“.

Thats what I read everywhere but it doesn't work. I re arrange by number but I still cant move them.

Good question. Also, you can't re-arrange 'folders', just standard 'playlists'.
