Native Access: "Waiting for connection" on Monterey

I have a macbook pro (M1 pro) I can't update my products, because native access constantly shows "Waiting" and doesn't download anything at all, I've tried everything it says here https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017647557-Native-Access-Waiting-for-connection- but it has not solved the problem, I recently updated to the new version of Monterey 12.3 I don't know if it can influence.

It seems here it was sorted by turning off PRIVATE RELAY in iCloud Monterey preferences.

Saw that you contacted our support and the issue is now resolved. The problem is due to firewall and this article helped in the end: Native Access: "Waiting for connection" 😌
