Heavyocity Damage shows up in Native Access (and works in Kontakt), but can't find serial!

This is so frustrating ... I want to buy the cross grade to Damage 2 at $179 (instead of $249), but the NI site doesn't think I own Damage.

Bizarrely, I see it in native access, it loads and plays correctly, but on the NI site, it doesn't appear in things that I own ... What can I do????

    @eroxx Damage is part of the Komplete bundle and will not have it's own seriel. It happens that the website does not show the correct thing on these offers. As an owner of K14UCE you are entitled to the crossgrade, you can get it.
