Traktor Kontrol S2 mk2 will not be recognised by Traktor

I'm going mad, any help appreciated

I've followed all the trouble shooting steps, but no luck. The Kontrol S2 usb light keeps flashing orange, but that's as far as it goes.

Any help gratefully received!

    Please provide more information about your computer, OS and Traktor version to allow people to help you.

    Apple M2 Pro

    16gb

    MacOS 13.4
