Kontakt 7 Player download failed

I need help with this. I have tried uninstall and reinstall native access also removing the older kontakt files but it still fails to download.

    Hi Benny,

    If you could provide more details as to what OS you are using, etc. it would give us more information in order to help with your issue. l because there is not sufficient disk space for the download. Bear in mind that Native Access needs to have space to download, extract and install each instrument or sound bank. I usually make sure that there is 3x the necessary drive space (1GB download needs at least 3GB), plus scratch space.

    Disk permissions are also usually required with Windows and Mac OS, so make sure that you are logging in as Admin, and/or giving permissions. It may be useful to temporarily disable antivirus software when installing trusted software (use your own discretion; I don't recommend disabling protection software, but...).

    Hello again Benny,

    Additionally, make sure that any version of Kontakt is not open, either standalone or as a VST in a DAW or host while trying to download/update Kontakt 7 player!

    Or can I get a seperate installer file to install it manually without through native access ?

    Hi again Benny,

    Since I replied to your question, and you provided your OS, I am encountering issues trying to update Native Access! However, despite the error messages I am receiving from trying to update Access on my Windows 10 computer, I was able to download and install Kontakt 7 Player, despite the problems with Access.

    I see that support has provided links for installers, and I will follow along and help out if and when I can!
