Traktor X1 Mk3 not working

I am just facing the same problem. I have Traktor Pro 3.6.1 version and am trying to upload to 3.10 version. Yet in Native Access all software seems update despite my version is 6.1.

Am I interpreting something wrong here? NI should be much more easy as plug and play not like this.

Are you running an older OS?

My problem turned out to be that the provided USB wire was faulty!!!

Once I changed it everything was smooth!

Glad to hear it's a quite simpel solution, but it was probably hard to find the issue. 🙂

Just got the X1 Mk3 and have the problem that only the middle button with three parallel lines light up. I see someone has the same problem, did you have to change all the cables?

There is only one USB cable.

Do you have at least Traktor 3.10?

I am also having this issue, had to update to Ventura to install the new version of native access and then was able to upgrade traktor pro 3 and other software, entered and registered the serial number and said successful but not showing up in settings of traktor. Lights up the screens when pluged in to usb but then goes black and only lights are the 3 lines for the mixer button.. not able to set up at all ??

Any tips here?

What traktor version are you on? I think you need 3.10 or higher.
