Native Instruments Plugins will not load in Komplete Kontrol

I updated native access tonight.

I now cannot load any Native Instruments plugins in Komplete Kontrol I get the error

I rescanned all my libraries, I also deleted on the db files for Komplete to make sure they sere rebuilt, I have re-booted my computer (Mac). What is infuriating is I cannot find a way to open a tick on the native instruments web site, Any ideas out there on how to contact them or fix this issue-

I just noticed that a whole bunch of my instruments/effects are no longer in Native Access, I have lost hundreds? It's like native access itself got corrupted?

How can I contact Native Instruments directly? I have lost almost all of my apps, instruments, effects, ect

since upgrading Native Access. On top of that I cannot load most plugins from Native Instruments to Komplete or Kontack.

What version of Kontakt do you have installed? Am I right in thinking it's not 7.60?

Hmmmm...

I lost access to many of my applications, instruments in Native Access Itself, let alone run in it under Komplete kontrol/kontak.

@Larry Good You contacted our support, they replied but you didn't get back, is the issue fixed? Do you still need help?

The replied with a standard email, stating they will get back to me. Their standard support tool will not run on my MacOS computer, now I updated to Komplete 14 ultimate and basically nothing runs any more. Horrible sound glitches , extreme volume, no load or very slow load and then terrible sounds.

I have tried running standalone, DAW etc, even switch audio interfaces.

This is very disconcerting.

Every non Native Instrument VST works just fine.

@Larry Good Checking the ticket I was talking about. My colleagues got back to you on September 28th and you never replied.
