Komplete Audio 6 MK2 with XONE 92
Hello,
I'm pretty new to this and I have an issue. I own a Komplete Audio 6 MK2 and I'm trying to connect it to a mixer Xone92. I used RCA to Jack 6.5mm cables: RCA to connect to the line of the mixer and Jack 6.5mm stereo to the outputs of the Komplete Audio. The problem is that the sound is distorted and I don't know what to do.
Is there anyone that had the same issue? :)
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
do you use out 1\2 and turn the volume down on the interface, the output from the 6,3 mm jacks are normally too hot for rca inputs. Have you connected the rca plugs to line in not to phono input? Every channel on the xone has a level knob on top under the line phono switch, maybe turn that down.
see the manual of the xone mixer page 13.
Use the LEVEL TRIM 1 to match the input source to the normal operating level of the console. Adjust this so that the CHANNEL METER 4 averages 0dB with loudest moments reading +6. Press the CUE SWITCH 3 to listen to the signal on headphones and check the level on the MAIN METERS 9 . Adjust the CHANNEL FADER 5 so that they normally operate near the top of their travel. Make sure the amplifier/speaker system has been correctly calibrated for the loudest volume required at the fader top position. Boosting the EQ 2 also adds gain to the system. Reduce by turning back the LEVEL TRIM 1 if the meter red peak leds flash. Adjust the HEADPHONES 8 and BOOTH 7 monitor controls for safe listening level

Hello Uwe,
Thank you for your answer and sorry for my late reply.
Yes, I use output 1/2, I adjust the volume from the Komplete Audio and also from the master of the mixer. I don't have any issues with the headphones, the problem appears when I'm connected to the speakers.
For the moment, as a backup solution, I'm using 2 RCA - RCA cables with RCA -> 6,3mm Jack adapters. But in one channel, I need to have the level of the knob almost to the maximum (I suppose this is from the known factory issue they have with channel 3 and 4). And also, there is 1 disadvantage because like that I can only use 2 channels instead of 4.
Attached, a screenshot of the mixer, maybe you understand better.
If 6,3mm are too hot for rca inputs, then what should I use?
