I can't activate MIDI mode on Traktor Kontrol S3

Hello,

I just bought the S3 and I want to map my controller

I updated the firmware,

But I press the FLX buttom and It has no reaction so it is not possible to activiate the MIDI

Does anyone have the same situation or solution?!

Welcome to the forum.

I assume you are pressing FLUX whilst you connect the S3 as explained here?

Yes, the FirmWare is updated

And I press the left FLX and the same moment I connext the USB from the controllet to the laptop and there is no action.

Do I need to have any program open?
