Hey @Product Some more description would be helpful. What projects? What DAW? What error message?

How did you move the files exactly? If it's only Kontakt libraries you should be able to use the locate function: Reinstalling a KOMPLETE Bundle Without Re-Downloading KONTAKT Libraries

For other products, here is how to move them: Moving a Native Instruments Product to Another Location on Your Computer

For Reaktor instruents, Battery FActory library and other products you will need to reinstall.

You should change the title to 'Yesterday', when all your troubles seemed so far away.

If it's Komplete Kontrol a 'Re-Scan' should fix it. For Kontakt you need to reset the paths. Do this for either application in standalone mode. Not within your projects.

@Product Sorry for the jokes but I've also asked questions and for more details. It would have been cool to mention it's MAschine projects as well.

Please explain what you moved exactly? Projects? User samples? And how? Did you change the default locatins in the Maschine software? Did you delete any file?

From the screenshots it seems you have moved all that was in this location:

    Mac HD/Users/Your user name/Documents/Native Instruments/Maschine 2

By default, and if you don't use the save projects with samples, the samples were stored by default in this location:

Then you need to relocate the sample to the folder where you moved it.

That has nothing to do with it, that's for libraries and such. What your previous picture indicated is that you're missing your own recordings/samples.

Copy the files you had here that are now in your external HD:

back into that same folder in your internal HD, or simply move the folder back. Then open all your projects and use "Save With Samples", this will make sure all samples get copied to a subfolder where your projects are.

The only other alternative is to manually use the locate for each of those missing files in your projects, if you don't have many it could be doable but it will be a pain if you have many.

@Product Changing the locations in Native Access does not automatically move the files. Also the destiantaions are all messed up.

    1. Application location should stay at the default location: Macintosh HD > Applications > Native Instruments
    2. Download AND content should not have the same exact location, as it can create conflicts. It should be 2 separtae folders, one for downloads and one for the libraries.

Please read this article carefully: How to Change the Install Locations in Native Access

I see that you selected that as an install location.

So, first, applications should not be set up there, as I've said earlier.

Then it would indicate that you created a different user account. On the previous screenshot, the error message shows user 1 and in this one it's machanic, so maybe worth investigating in that direction.

    + everything D-One said.
