Software is already registered

Greetings i bought a 2nd hand traktor s2 mk2 but now when i tried to connect my mail with the hardware serial it said that the key has already been used. I am now the third owner of the controler and the previous owner also doesnt have a clue on what the original mail was. Is there a way that you guys can help me to activate a licenced software on my pc :)

but i didnt recieve a license transfer ID does that mean that i stay locked out because i dont know the original email that was connected with the hardware serial number or you can maybe help out somehow and neutralize the one thats out of use :)
