No, need to install K14, or just GR6. Having licence registered on NI account will do. And offcourse entered to Native Access on given computer.

Guitar 6 Pro is installed in naive access and it is still telling me there is no base product installed. I guitar rig 5 on 06/20 and bought the upgrade to 5 Pro in 2020 also, it keeps telling me that the software license is not correct komplete 14 standard and guitar rig 6 Pro were installed on the first input of the license

It is not clear what versions you have and what versions make problem. The title of thread is that you have problem with GR7Pro...

I just bought GR7Pro... ALREADY HAD A GUITAR RIG 5 PRO UPGRADE FROM THE GUITAR RIG R FACTORY SELECTION. Every time I put in the activation code for Pro 7 it tells me I do not have the base product for the upgrade. So thought that if I got Komplete Standard which came with Guitar Pro 6 I COULD THEN BE ABLE to USE THE PRO 7 UPGRADE. I still can't get PRO 7 to activate.

So, you bought the GR7 UPGRADE instead of the UPDATE? You bought the wrong thing then!

On its Pricing site, it should have told you what is "best for you".

Better contact NI to get this sorted:

@Trulite It looks like you bought the Guitar RIg 7 Pro upgrade, instead of the update. What Exactly is a Crossgrade / Update / Upgrade and How Do I Qualify?
