Traktor Kontrol Z1 (How to change FX mode (eg. Filter, Reverb, Noise ...)
Is it possible to use the Z1 to change the Filter Mode from Filter to one of the
4 "Mixer FX" types set in the Mixer preferences ?
eg. Reverb, Dual Delay, Noise, Time Gater
Currently I use the mouse, wondering if the Z1 can change this ?

I have a mapping just for that. It's relative simple, shift and deck A cue will switch to next mixer FX. Shift + Deck B cue will reset to filter.
I can upload it later if you want.

Here you go.
Shift + left CUE = one mixer FX next. (Filter, 1, 2, 3, 4)
Shift + right CUE = Reset to Filter

Keyboard mapping here - https://maps.djtechtools.com/mappings/8915
Just for Deck A but you can get the idea how to duplicate to other decks. This mapping will cycle the effect once you reach the last one (MFX Slot 4)

thanks everyone for the info, i'll use the mappings and see what works best for me, perhaps keyboard button is another way to go, better than using the mouse.

Hi @pandasteak101,
unfortunately, I do not have a Z1 unit at hand which I could test this with. Still, I presume that switching these FX via the hardware is not possible as these Mixer FX have been implemented in Traktor Pro 3 years after the Z1 was launched. But as I said, this is only an assumption. Perhaps somebody with access to a Z1 can check this.
Did you know that such functions can always be integrated in an existing mapping?

Of course it also works for 3rd-party controllers:
