How to re-install Vendors' library (third-party?)

Hello!

I downloaded two libraries: The Grandeur and The Maverick - but had to remove folders to trash to free some space for other libraries, to try it. BUT I can't reinstall The Grandeur and The Maverick again! On the support page there is information that third-party manufacturer have to provide it... BUT how to ask them?

Wait, aren't Grandeur and Maverick by NI themselves and can be downloaded via native access?
