Electric Mint - Presets list

Hi All,

First post here - I hope all are well.

I've been playing around with Electric Mint, which I've recently purchased - very nice. However, I seem to be missing a lot of sound presets in the pop-up list. When I use the forward and back arrows, it goes through a much larger selection than if I get the list up. My list has D.I. Signal, Clean and Crunchy, but there obviously a lot more presets than that in the instrument, but they're not listing.

Anybody any ideas?

Could you develop? I don't really understand what you mean here.

Have you tried reinstalling the library in Native Access? First please delete the library folder and uninstall as follows: How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer

@sedm0710 Is it happening in Kontakt in standalone as well? Do Kontakt and your DAW have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

I've made sure that Kontakt and Logic both have full disk access, and I've restarted, etc. The problem IS the same in the standalone version, too.

Incidentally, I seem to have an app to open for standalone for Kontakt 7, but not for Kontakt 6 in its folder (which I still used occasionally)

Following on from this, I’ve recently upgraded to a new machine, and everything has been installed from scratch - and I’m still getting the same issue!

Mac mini M1, 16GB Ram, Kontakt 7, and any NI Session Guitarist instrument.

The first half or so of the preset sounds are available on the drop-down list, but the others don’t show. They ARE accessible if I go through with the L/R buttons, though?
