Ozone 10 within logic pro dialogue fields are filled with question marks

Ozone 10 installed into Logic Pro but is showing as not installed in native access. When I’m in logic Ozone is showing in logic Audio units, But when selected it loads onto the track, but all dialogue fields are filled with ? Marks

for your info. Mac Pro 6.1 M2 ultra. 2Tb. 64Gb mem. Ventura 16.5.1. Logic 10.7.5 NI 1.14.1

@Steve bootle How did you install Ozone 10, with Native Access? Do Native Access and Logic both have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Does that happen in a new project or in saved projects? Can you post a screenshot of that? "when selected it loads onto the track, but all dialogue fields are filled with ? Marks"

hi, thanks Jeremy for your response. OK, so I've updated to Native Access 2 and updated Logic, [even though the Mac is brand new direct from Apple, pre loaded with Logic and I downloaded the upgrade version of Komplete 14, [I had native 11 komplete]]. I reinstalled Ozone 10 and also performed reset & rescan in Logics plug-in manager. that is showing ozone 10 as successfully validated.

you can see from the screenshot, the dialogue boxes are populated with ?

strangely, I can load it onto a track, as you can see. it will analyse and process, but is have no idea what its doing. this is my first experience of Ozone. thanks for any help you can provide. please here in mind, I'm not too technical. Cheers Steve

Hello again Jeremy, after sending the screen shot, I saw your comment about unlocking the disc access, so I did went into the set up and unlocked the disc access to all komplete, native, logic and Izotope items. Restarted the Mac, no luck I also rescanned the plug-ins and another restart but it’s still the same.

For your info, each time I load up logic I always add ozone 10 as a new plug-in to the logic track.

i had a go at the font suggestion, I couldn’t get it to work. I googled Ozone font and found an Ozone.ttf font. Is this the font that ozone would use within NI ? If not, what font does Ozone call on from the font library?

I attempted to load it and it went into the font library OK, but was dimmed and when scanned was shown to have a minor error.

do you have any other suggestions?
