battery 4 does not save preset backup

HELLO YOU COULD HELP ME, WHY BATTERY 4 it does not save preset backup, I work with pro tools studio, BIG SUR system

and each time I open battery 4 it shows me this image

@rakotondramaro It seems that you are experiencing this issue: BUG - I can't relocate samples in Battery 4 - (BT4-2680)

It's a long standing bug, the only workaround at the moment is the following: I Can't Relocate Missing Samples in BATTERY

A fix should come soon but we don't have an ETA yet.
