Purchased a 2nd hand Maschine Plus did all the necessary steps to remove license still no contact from the support team

if you bought it why you want to remove it? You should get a license transfer from seller and import it via license transfer as far as i know.

I bought it from reverb the seller was a music store they didn’t get the proper info before purchasing it unbeknownst to me
