I have deleted the xml files from application support and that has had no effect.
This happens when I load any patch, sample outside of the NI Native ones.
Please help!! I can't find any way to contact support and falling behind!

in case you are using an ARM Mac the following should resolve the issue:
GUITAR RIG 5, KONTAKT and SUPER 8 R2 Open as Demo Versions on Apple Silicon / M-Systems
I have also reinstalled kontakt and has had no different results.
Hi. Since last NATIVE ACCES update, my Kontakt 5 full version is in demo mode for all Virtuals Instruments not from Native !!! I lost a lot of instruments I bought !!! Do you have an idea how to fix it ???
