Why is my Maschine Essentials not showing Kits as an option?

Hello all, lovely to meet you all. I just re-registered my product with the correct account and I'm concerned it's not operating correctly. I'm a first time user. When I try to use the software, it is not showing "Kits" after I hit Groups on the software. Can anybody help?

and welcome, do you have installed also the libraries that should come with maschine essentials.

After the registration of your maschine you should just install everything that you can see in native access as not installed - I guess you have a m or a series keyboard or a maschine Mikro MK3?

Then there must be some more stuff to install then just the maschine, there must be a library and some more stuff.

Yes I have the Mikro Mk3.
