Hi. If the pitch slider is not working at all, I think it’s gonna be a little more complicated than buying the plastic cap to put on top of it. It probably need to be repaired

Oh ok. So if you are able to open the device and repair it by yourself, try to write to NI support and ask them infos about the piece.

But I don’t know if they would sell it or tell you where to find it
