License transfer for duplicate product

Because of the whole confusion regarding the Fables upgrade/full price thing (owning Lores in a bundle not triggering the upgrade price) I have two copies of Fables registered to my account.

The option to transfer a license for the full product is not available. Why is this? And is there any way I can make it so that it can be transferred to a friend?

    The automatic transfer system is blocked for two (or three, I am not sure) months since registration.

    It is possible to transfer the licence even within this period, but one has to open Support Ticket and write there that you want transfer given licence. NI will deregister licence from your account and than you may pass it to your friend or sell it to someone.
