Do you get a midi signal indicator when pressing the cue point button? (Top center, to the left) Could be a hardware defect.

Just to keep the vibe alive and help anyone who's still suffering, I've updated my MacBook Pro M1 from Monterey to Ventura (briefly) and now Sonoma - and happily played a few gigs without any crashes so far. Dunno if its just luck, but fingers are crossed.

Anyone still having issues? My Traktor (v3.11.1 17) is crashing regularly now. It starts with it being slow and tracks not loading immediately, and then when I try and load a track it stops responding. I am still getting audio output but no responsiveness. Sometimes it comes back, usually it just ****** out.

I used a Pioneer DDJ-400, but it doesn't seem to be hardware related as I get the same issues when just using Traktor. I am on a MacBook Air M1, mid 2020, using Sinoma 14.1
