Traktor 3 LE download?

Hello,

I have a serial for Traktor 3 LE that was included when I purchased Audio Kontrol 1. I inserted it in Native Access and it was accepted, but I cannot find it to download even if the page with my serials tell "Download with Native Access".

Where is it? Thanks

    Not sure if T3 LE is considered legacy, but try to check, if you have selected (ticked) "Include also Legacy SW" (or something like that) in NA user setup.

    Otherwise, try to get it here.

    It is not supposed to accept the serial since Tpaktor DJ Studio 3 (and LE) is not supported by Native Access.

    This has been done inside Service Center in the past.

    Traktor DJ Studio 3 / LE, which is EOL and is not possible to authorize it anymore, is IMHO different SW than Traktor 3 LE that OP has.

    We'll see, it wasn't clear from the beginning but I had a feeling it is DJ Studio in the subject :)

    This is the exact name in my “Products and serials” page:

    TRAKTOR 3 LE for Audio Kontrol 1 Users

    it has the serial next to it and a true large button “Download from Native Access” next to it.

    So I went to NA and Add the serial that was accepted Thank You end of the story.

    Then I cannot find the dowload anywhere.

    It’s not DJ Studio .

    Unfortunately it seems the demo of the pro doesn't get a discount even if I inserted my serial of Traktor 3 LE, and yes, I have set the "show legacy products" flag on.

    Traktor 3 LE was from the original series of Traktor releases. It was discontinued in 2011, and is no longer available.

    The Audio Kontrol 1 came out in 2006, and I’m surprised the serial number you got is even still valid.

    Why shouldn’t it be valid? I paid for it and never claimed it until now. Native Access accepts it, only the download doesn’t appear.
