Error while mounting disk image

Hi everyone,

I've changed my whole PC and I'm facing some issues trying to install my kontakt librairies. At the end of a download i keep having "Error while moutning disk image". I've tried everything on the NI knowledge page and stuff i found on google but nothing helped.

Does someone have something to test ?

In fact that was the windows version on the new pc that was hacked. I've booted with a new licence and it works fine.

@Deldrimor Have you followed the steps in the Knowledge Base article that is linked to the error message in Native Access ? Native Access 2 Error: "Error while mounting disk image"
