Press WinLogoKey+R
type Regedit in the Run dialog and press Enter/Return.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Installer\Products
Delete folder 0C65F6BA2D0DAA341AC414F8AE055C41
