Hey, I bought Komplete 14 Standard Crossgrade, as i have already Playbox. However i cannot activate the license.
I hoped to play with it today :c

Does Playbox appear in your account in NI site? And in Native Access?
Yes, it does
Probably it’s a bug. I’ve seen some similar issues in the past.
Open a ticket with support and they will probably solve the issue seeing the base product in your account and registering K14 for you
