Battery 4, Kontakt 5 & Kontakt 6: authorising message all the time.

hi all.

for some reason battery 4 and kontakt 5&6 are asking me to authorise all the time.

then native access opens and nothing happens.

any ideas why this might be happening?

Do they show as activated in Native Access?

Since you haven't added anything in your profile (which would be helpful for others to save asking this question all the time), what is your OS?

yep they show as activated, all updated etc.

it’s only started happening in the last week or so, no idea what triggered it.

maybe an update of native access.

im on macOS 12.6.8 and Logic Pro 10.7.9.

@apricotandpearjam What happens when you open Battery 4, Kontakt 5 or 6 in standalone? Do you get the same message?

Kontakt 5 and 6 being discontinued they are not arm native compatible. If you want to use them on your M1 computer you need to run Logic in Rosetta: How to Open Your DAW Using Rosetta

standalone does the same.

not every time but has started happening for no apparent reason. maybe since i updated native access to 3.5.0.

its mainly battery 4 and kontakt 7 that id like to fix because i use them both a lot.

And in Native Access, do they also show as demo? Can you share the error / activation message and how the same product is showing in Native Access?

native access does not show as demo's.

when it happens again next ill take a screenshot.

in the meantime the message i get is to demo / activate / buy battery or kontakt, even though i own them.
