Problems activating Ozone Maximizer in Traktor Pro Plus

Hi all forum members,

I've problems activating ozone maximizer in traktor pro with traktor pro plus subscription.

(pattern player works correctly so subscription is active, but also if I select Ozone as Maximizer in the Mixer settings Ozone parameters continue to be deactivated and message of enabling ozone maximizer in the mixer setting continues to be alerted)

anyone had a similar problem and can help?

Thanks for screenshots. it looks like you have enabled the External Mixing mode ans you have S4 connected which is Internal mixer.

If he had external mixing mode, all the EQ and volume stuff would be greyed out.

But he only switched to ozone in the external mixing mode setting, but still running "Transparent" on the internal setting:

Switch that and it should work ™

Enabled Ozone on the Enxternal Mixing mode. Not the External Mode itself.

To activate Ozone Maximizer, the latest version of Traktor Pro 3 (3.9) is required. Are you using the latest version by any chance?

Try reinstall of both Traktor and Traktor Plus by using the Native Access application.

Tried reinstalling but traktor still says its version is 3.8.

where I can download 3.9?

Double check that your Traktor Pro Plus is active . And reinstall Pro Plus in Native Access.

The Native Access application should install the latest. So if none of that works try reinstall of Native Access.

neither work. I tried uninstalling ed re-installing all the above without success.

Is it the case that I've to clean up all preferences manually or something like that? (I also cleaned the preferences folder from all native-instrument entries but nothing seems work)
