Trying to Pin Vst and stop it from leaving focus when linked to all sounds in one group.

I have a vst in slot 1 and all other 15 slots are routing to the first slot, the issue is there's no way I know to stop the vst in slot from losing focus when I hit any other pad except slot 1. Every time I hit pad on it flashes, I would like it to stay up so I can make adjustments to plugin.

I have Studio drummer in slot 1 in a group in order to play on pad instead of keyboard mode I have them linked to slot one through midi that way each sound has a mixer channel. The problem is the vst disappears when I hit other sounds unlike in my DAW where I can pin the vst to stay on screen.

I loaded a Reason plugin and as you can see each slot is routed to S1- Reason Rack Plugin each slot is linked to a pad in Reason's drum so I have 16 sounds. The issue is if I want to adjust a sound on slot one inside Reason I can't because if I hit any pad besides slot the vst disappears making it impossible to play while making tweaks.
