Spitfire Audio Loegria Invalid Path

All attempts, incl. uninstalls and reinstalls have failed to get Native Access to Locate this installed and registered Library on Kontakt. It sits in Spitfire folder on SSD external drive. Suggestions please.

I followed all the procedure for that zendesk, but still get Invalid path. I have all privileges I think. I've had no problems with anything else on Kontakt, except this Spitfire Audio library, which in itself is 'as it should be'. Bought registered and installed.

I couldn't t see a nicnt file, and reinstalled Loegria, but still don't see the file. Native Access still finds it an 'Invalid path'. I tried loading another Albion, Darwin Percussion into Kontakt 7 and it does install, but the Kontakt 7 says DEMO. This is puzzling as it's been registered and installed from Native Access. (It's the Kontakt 7 Bundle upgrade).

Is Rosetta an issue? I am running Logic Pro on Mac Mi without rosetta. Loegria is 'old' now, so could it need rosetta. I did try that too, no better.

I think that you need to contact Spitfire Audio Support , since it clearly says that : If your .nicnt file is missing please get in touch with us at spitfireaudio.com/support
