Unable to install Guitar Rig 6 through Native Access

I upgraded Komplete Select to K14. All other plugins and libraries installed fine but Guitar Rig fails to install and the progress bar keeps moving. If i shutdown my computer and open native access, the 3dots menu next to guitar rig says to repair the software or reinstall.I have reinstalled native access, tried reinstall but nothing works.

please help.

First thing to do is "Repair". We do Reinstall as a last resort. Did you used the Repair option?
