Maschine MK2 operates as demo and the message to activate read service center can't be located

Hello, I've been trying to reinstall my Maschine MK2 purchase through Native Access due to me rendering it inoperable (Other than Demo mode) when I attempted to save space on my Mac by moving it to an external HD aa few years ago. I registered my Maschine MK2 purchase to an email that I don't remember and don't have access to and I lost the Maschine instillation disc and the booklet. Need Help.

Thank you, wa7154733, I was able to get guidance which instructed me to download an earlier version of Maschine 2 (Are the Maschine 2 and MK2 the same? I was looking for MK2 but only saw Maschine 2) and Native Access which did communicate with my attempt to activate but it doesn't recognize my ownership and has my download listed as Demo. I relayed my issue on the support page, is there any other way to get help NI that you know of. I was very uneducated with computer operations back when I purchased the Maschine MK2 and made a mess of things. I had given up on restoring it for years until recently.
