WAITING ON SUPPORT TO RESPOND TO MY TICKET

I have been waiting over a month for NI to respond my ticket . Is there an other way to seek contact with them.

Please help me out

    Do you have a ticket number?

    Also, have you checked your mail spam folder just in case?

    Yes i did, the communication just stopped at a point.

    I do have a ticket number.
