My login email was changed without my consent! please help!

Hello, this morning I woke up to this message:

The email address for your Native ID account recently changed.

Before that, your old address was (my actual email address, changed for privacy)

If you did not make this change, please contact Customer Support.

Now I'm locked out of my online NI account. I did not approve this email change! How did this even happen?? Please help!!

    @magikminna Sorry to see your post only now. In the meantime I see that my colleagues got in touch and took care of that and you've got your account back.
