I have big uncomfortable problem with my Mk 3 S4

When i use traktor pro(macbook pro) and kontroler S4 MK3 the sound is off at the same time and i need reboot kontroler . Whats wrong with and how i can fix it?

What do you mean by "the sound is off at the same time"?

sometimes the sound just disappears, but all indicators on the macbook and on the controller show that the sound has not stopped

Sound is off, but you can still control Traktor with the controller?

Hey @lord-carlos, this is a rare but known hardware issue with certain S4 MK3 units. @Amber_K is already in touch with Hardware Support.

when I play the sound at some point the sound stops, but the track goes on, the indicators on the controller work, there is just no sound
