It’s the problem of the last update solved for windows users?

S8 screen blinking …. Crazy rise of CPU, etc…

I'm not aware of a new version being released to address it yet. I haven't seen one. Ultimately I reverted to 3.8 until I could setup a new laptop without AMD graphics so that I can use 3.9.

All things considered, 3.8 is perfectly serviceable, though not having the browser getting all fresh and blinking at me is nice in 3.9
