Here's the information that I have pertaining the situation.....
Do not post pictures of serial numbers, as this is a public forum.
Just like Jeremy said in your other thread:
Contact NI's support - only they can help you.
I would even add that I would even change my credit card after posting on the internet a photo of the CVC
@REDDSAV Please avoid double posting for the same issue, it has no use. I've also edited your post to remove pictures of serials and other compromising private information. It also seems my colleagues got back to you and now the issue is resolved.
