Traktor Pro 3

I’m new to NI and Traktor Pro 3 my question is how do you beat match on Traktor Pro 3 I’m using the 2 deck line up but not understand how you line up the beat grid once you set the BPM on the software maybe I got the wrong layout to line up beat grid when you have two tracks running maybe someone can explain it to me sorry but I don’t under the the software as yet
