I have cleaned my harddrive and have 300GB free? Still it asks me to free 103 GB

With respect to the missing 90 GB then I do not have any real knowledge about your system , drives or paths. As written earlier then there have to be enough space to both download and install and for any temp files and the distribution of space needed depends on paths chosen by you and on the Native Access app. But you could also have an access problem so please start by trying to check "Controlling app access to files in macOS" : https://support.apple.com/en-ie/guide/security/secddd1d86a6/web
If you keep being ourt of space then please contact N.I. support and let them help you figure it all out !
As for the "Where can I find the library?" question then I have found the following for you and I hope some of this will help you figure it out ! , otherwise again , I do not have any more suggestions for you so if this does not help then you will have to contact support (they take a long time to respond at the moment ) :

Now it is 105 GB??

Might be a request for temp space on system drive ! ?
Try also checking path settings in Native Access !

First off all Native access have a new version for Mac M1 and M2. No warning or heads up to upgrade?? Second the paths seems to be the problem? What path should I use? User>shared> Native??
