E-voucher codes don't work. Is there a bug or something?
I'm not sure if this is the right category, if it isn't, I'm sorry. So I have two e-vouchers from buying Komplete 14 Select and Standard. I have been trying to redeem it on a couple of products, but I keep getting an error saying the coupon is invalid for that product. I checked to make sure it fulfills the terms and conditions, which it did. Two of the products I am thinking of getting, Skanner XT and Razor, are no longer part of any special offer since the Summer of Sound has ended, they are not updates, upgrades, crossgrades, NKS products, etc. With all that confirmed, I have tried both redeem codes and neither works, so I am not sure it is a bug or something.

I don't know which is your case, but usually, vouchers are not valid on already discounted products, or products that are part of a campaign.
